Particularly with very complex 3D metal parts, the fast-reacting distance control guarantees a consistently good and reproducible cutting quality. The slim design of the cutting head allows a high degree of accessibility for the machining of strongly curved components. However, the focusing optics not only offers many advantages in robot applications - it is also used in the field of laser cutting of flat, thin metals (worldwide).
User-friendly operation

LightCutter
The LightCutter 2.0 is the ideal solution for all laser cutting applications in the medium power range up to 6 kW. Whether 2D, 2.5D or 3D - thanks to its wide range of variants you will always find the most efficient and economical configuration. It is characterized by high cutting qualities for all metals up to 25 mm sheet thickness - especially for laser cutting of mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
Flexible material thickness processing through a high degree of automation
The LightCutter 2.0 offers outstanding cutting and product quality without compromise: optimized for continuous permanent operation, it scores points with high cutting speeds and smooth, rectangular edges with minimal burr. It has a very robust design, is lightweight and convinces even after long cutting cycles. No other head generates comparable stable results in this class.
With frequent material changes, the motorized focus position adjustment leads to reduced intervention times for the machine operator. Different thicknesses and materials can be cut very flexibly. Thanks to this automated adjustment, the cutting head always works with high precision and stability, even at high accelerations of up to 3 g. It is also the best in class in all other performance features. The display of the set focus position on the front panel makes commissioning much easier.

ProCutter Thunder
The ProCutter Thunder stands for efficient and economical laser cutting in the medium performance range. It shows its advantages to the full-on flatbed systems: It offers permanently stable and precise operation. The highly dynamic drive for fully automatic adjustment of the focus position ensures short non-productive times and flexibility.

ProCutter 2.0 Zoom
The cutting head ProCutter Zoom 2.0 provides a maximum and flexible performance in a minimum of space. It generates the perfect beam for all materials in all thicknesses for laser powers up to 12 kW and is therefore the ultimate all-rounder for your flatbed system.
Maximum flexibility and highest output
With the cutting head you always achieve the optimum process results - both in terms of quality and speed. Thanks to the extensive traverse paths and variable magnification of the laser spot, the optimum cutting and piercing process can be set for every type and thickness of material. Compared to a product with fixed magnification, this results in speed advantages of up to 35% in some areas of laser cutting.
The extensive traverse paths are particularly advantageous when processing thick materials. New processes can be applied in a stable manner, resulting in excellent roughness and squareness of the component.
Reduction of rework & lower unit costs
The component quality and process stability also benefit equally from the variable magnification of the laser spot. Fluctuations in the process or in the quality of the material to be cut are compensated without the need for intervention by the machine operator. ProCutter 2.0
1000-times reliability in use: the ProCutter 2.0 impresses worldwide with its high performance and automation. Its reliability and load capacity in flatbed and tube cutting systems has been perfected - up to a maximum laser power of 30 kW.

With the ProCutter 2.0, cutting processes that were previously hidden away can now be used in an industrially stable manner. It is not necessary anymore to choose between high quality and high speed. Now both are possible - increased machine utilization and a shorter payback period. The amount of rework is reduced to a minimum.
With the new ProCutter 2.0 generation, the highest cutting speeds can be achieved that were previously unthinkable. The cutting head works trouble-free up to 30 kW laser power thanks to its sophisticated cooling concept and the extended travel paths. If the full laser power is not required, the cutting speed can still be increased by up to 25% compared to the predecessor product due to the optimized design.
Intelligent sensors at its best
Component quality and process stability remain permanently constant: fluctuations in the process or in the quality of the material to be cut are compensated without the need for intervention by the machine operator. With PierceTec - automated piercing of the material - you achieve consistent hole and surface quality and can reduce the amount of rework required. PierceTec saves cycle time and operating costs.
Smart sensors integrated into the cutting head permanently monitor the condition of critical components or cutting process parameters. The sensors also provide the basis for planned maintenance and efficient utilization of spare parts. This ensures even safer operation and reduces follow-up costs.
It is also possible to access the data via mobile devices and to visualize the current status in the ProCutter APP or to query error messages.

SolidCutter
The SolidCutter enables the machining of spatial geometries with highest accuracy. It convinces in the 3D machining of complex individual contours on metallic materials.

The SolidCutter is mainly used in 3D laser cutting systems for the automobile industry. Robot guided laser cutting is the flexible and highly productive method for the processing of high-strength body components and profiles - for example, for making openings for roof rails and contours in vehicle doors. FormCutter Plus
The FormCutter Plus enables cut-outs of complex workpiece geometries with the highest precision. Especially for agile robot applications in the automotive industry, it convinces with best cutting quality.
Complex 3D laser cutting
The FormCutter Plus is a tool system consisting of an X/Y-axis system and a cutting head with a Z-axis. It is usually attached to a robot arm. The robot positions the system above the machining point and then starts the cutting process. The FormCutter Plus system guides the cutting head through the programmed geometry and generates a high-precision cutout. The cutting movement is many times more precise and takes much less time than a robot could do it.
Classical applications in the automotive industry are the laser cutting of antenna holes or roof railing holes in the vehicle body. But also in truck production, there are a lot of design specific holes and recesses.

FineCutter
The FineCutter offers you a versatile solution for the wide range of applications (e.g.: Micromachining) of laser cutting in precision machining. It is specially designed for the use of solid-state lasers with highly brilliant and pulsed beam sources. This enables you to achieve the finest contours and smooth, burr-free cut surfaces, both in 2D laser cutting systems and in robot applications. Thanks to the integrated camera, setup is completed in the shortest possible time and you always have a good view of the cutting process.
High imaging quality
With a high imaging quality of the optics, ever smaller parts, and more complex geometries with the smallest cutting gap widths are produced in the μ range.
Procesing of different materials
