Basic introduction
The machine adopts QCW fiber laser, which can work in continuous and high-peak power pulse modes at the same time to complete the processing requirements of welding or cutting, which greatly improves the processing speed and production efficiency.
The quasi-continuous laser welding machine is equipped with an integrated laser scanning control system and a high-speed beam splitting mechanism, and with an automated line body, it can realize high-speed multi-channel welding. Mainly used for 3C precision devices, medical endoscopes, mobile phone precision motors, battery pole pieces and other sheet welding, as well as fine cutting of metals and non-metals. Users can choose fibers with different core diameters and customize arbitrary waveforms to meet differentiated processing needs.
